These are open-ended questions, and the content doesn't need to be factually accurate - replies can be inspired by websites, apps, or companies you've used before, or simply made up. What matters most is the [i]form[/i] of your replies: we’re looking for tone, structure, and clarity. The goal is to demonstrate how you’d naturally communicate with a customer while keeping things short, friendly, and helpful - and doing it fast![/color][/left]
